As a Marine Corps veteran and a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina, I offer a unique and compassionate perspective to my practice. With over a decade of experience, my background includes firsthand knowledge of the unique challenges faced by veterans, service members, and their families. As a queer and affirming therapist, I also provide a supportive, judgment-free space for individuals navigating issues related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and LGBTQ+ identity. I am also lifestyle-friendly and kink-aware. My Approach Healing is not a one-size-fits-all process. That's why I use an integrative, collaborative approach that includes person-centered, solution-focused, mindfulness-based, and cognitive behavioral techniques. I will support and collaborate with you as you work toward meeting your goals and living the quality of life you desire. Specialized Modalities To deepen the therapeutic experience, I offer specialized modalities beyond traditional talk therapy: Reiki: As a trained Reiki Master, I offer an affirming, safe space for those who wish to connect with their personal energy and set healthy boundaries. SoulCollage®: As a certified Facilitator, I can lead you or a group through this creative, intuitive process to foster self-discovery and personal growth. Hypnosis: As a Certified Hypnotist with IMDHA and IACT, I offer sessions for smoking cessation, pain management, specific phobias, and other mental health topics. These services are fee-based and may not be covered by insurance. Hypnosis initial consult is $150, and follow-up sessions are $100. I am committed to providing confidential, ethical, and compassionate care, and I look forward to assisting you on your healing journey.
